Biography

Monty Dariani brings over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, product management, marketing, strategy and company building. His career has taken him through some of the most defining stations in the German and international digital economy: from early platform companies and international corporations to his own ventures. He has built structures, positioned brands and developed digital infrastructures that have delivered measurable results across companies at very different stages of growth.

Career: Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics and International Business at Humboldt University Berlin, West Virginia University (USA) and the University of Kassel. Assistant to the CMO at studiVZ Ltd. Director of Marketing and Communications at plista GmbH. Marketing Lead North-East at Tesla Motors Germany. Advisory roles for numerous technology companies and startups in Germany and the EU. Founder of miniride GmbH. At GLADICA since 2018.

At GLADICA, he is responsible for the firm's overall strategy, technological infrastructure, digital presence and growth management.
